Shipping/Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for either an exchange or a full refund within 15 days from the date of delivery. Sale items, ltd edition and custom items are exempt and therefore non-refundable/non-exchangeable. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Any items that have a quality defect are not subject to the above policy.

As all products are made to order we ask you to measure and use the sizing chart to ensure correct sizing.

If you would like to make a return please send an email to re.greyeyes@outlook.com with your name, order number, reason for your return and if you would like a refund or exchange.

Pack the item(s) in the original box if available and return to mailing address. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items by mail. Please retain your receipt for mailing item.

Once we have the item returned we will inspect and advise of refund or exchange.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

The refund will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow up to 7 days for refund to appear in your account as time is affected by credit card companies processing times.

For an exchange the replacement will be sent to you.

All sales are final on sale items.
